The Sun Room suite harkens back to the decorative heritage of Old Mexico. The room is done in a wide variety of earth tones, with Spanish tile and accents throughout the room. The Sun Room actually consists of two separate rooms, a sitting alcove and a separate bath. The bedroom in the Sun Room suite contains a queen-size highbed and matching chest in the Spanish Colonial style. The shower itself has three sets of fixtures- one normal shower, one hand-held shower and three body jets- all of which combine to give you an invigorating experience.
The second room in the suite is the sun room proper, which is reached through an alcove entrance from the bedroom. This alcove has a sitting/reading area and there is also a small under-counter refrigerator where you may avail yourself of a variety of beverages and snacks, or where you may keep those leftover goodies that you got on your trip to the Riverwalk. The sun room itself is a bright comfortable room, surrounded with windows on three sides, and contains ample seating for reading and relaxing. To help with the relaxing part, you'll welcome the soothing sounds made by the waterfall in the East Garden, and you'll have a wonderful view of the entire garden just below your window. The really unique aspect of the Sun Room suite is the specially-made wrought iron circular staircase that leads to a completely private, rooftop deck. There, you can relax on the two "steamer" loungers and appreciate the morning sun with your coffee and tea. Rates
