Ruckman Haus - Policies
Rates
Room rates at Ruckman Haus range from $85 to $140 per night for single or double
occupancy. Please inquire for rates for larger parties. Corporate Rates for midweek
stays are also available.
Securing Your Reservation
Reservations can be made at Ruckman Haus by supplying us a major credit card (MC, VISA,
AMEX, Discover), or by sending us a deposit (check or money order). Final payment at
checkout can be made via any of these methods or in cash.
Cancellation Policies
Cancellations must be received no later than 7 days before arrival. There is a
$10 cancellation fee. Cancellations received less than 7 days before arrival will
incur a charge equal to the single night rate for the room reserved. We understand that
plans must occasionally change at the last minute and so, as a courtesy, we will make every
effort to rebook. If we are able to do so, we will only charge the standard
cancellation fee of $10.
Check-in and Check-out
Guests may check in anytime from 3 pm to 9 pm. Please call ahead of time if you wish to
check in earlier or later so we can make arrangements to receive you. Checkout time is
noon.
Breakfast
Ruckman Haus serves
a full breakfast in the dining room from 8:30 am to 10:30 am. An earlier breakfast can be
arranged for our weekday business guests or for other special situations.
Standard Room Amenities
Each room at Ruckman Haus is equipped with an individual, remote-controlled
air-conditioning system, a private telephone (allowing dial-up access
to the Internet), private bath, cable television and a coffee/tea service. Most rooms also have
refrigerators. High-speed
Internet access is available should that be required. Please inquire at the time you make
your reservation.

Pets
Being pet custodians themselves, your hosts are familiar with traveling with their pets.
Please inquire about your own needs at the time you make your reservation and we will
make every effort to accommodate your own special friends.
Smoking
For the enjoyment of all of our guests, we permit smoking only outside the house - on
the patio and deck and on the grounds.
Children
We only accept children ages 6 and up.
