The Security Department at Ruckman Haus is made up of two professionals in the protective services industry. Together, these two staff members have over four years experience in security and alert procedures, and they take their job seriously. When not on duty, however, they enjoy mingling with the guests of Ruckman Haus, and are always extremely appreciative if a guest wants to take them for a walk in the park.
The Guest Relations Department at Ruckman Haus consists of two independent contractors who, when they are of a mind to or can be coaxed (which doesn't take much), provide to Ruckman Haus guests various services that are designed to provide a soothing, restful environment. Among these services are purring and sleeping. Guests are encouraged to interact with the Guest Relations staff as often as they wish.
